Refund Policy
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file (such as a downloadable style report or guide) has been delivered or accessed, it is non-refundable and non-returnable. By purchasing a digital product from The Icon Muse, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying a non-tangible item and waive any right to a refund once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Physical Products (if applicable)
Physical Products (e.g. T-shirts)
T-shirts and other physical items are eligible for returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We do not accept returns on sale items or personalized/custom-made pieces.
